IF YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY POWER AND AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THESE TERMS.

The Service.

The RetailSpaceShare.com and ComSpaceShare.com provides a database for individuals and entities who own or have the legal right to license or otherwise grant rights in respect of either commercial or retail properties (“Partners”) to connect with individuals and entities who wish to license such commercial or residential spaces (“Listed Properties”). (“Users”) (the “Service”). You understand and acknowledge that retail space share and com space share only provides a marketplace for connecting and facilitating agreements between Partners and Users. We are not real estate agents or brokers, and We do not act as brokers or agents for any of the Partners who list Listed Properties on the Platform.

Eligibility.

If You are registering as a Partner, You must have the authority and capacity to enter into valid, legally binding license contracts in respect of the Listed Properties that You are listing on the Platform. If You are registering for the Services as a User, You must also have a valid payment method, and have the authority to enter into license agreements in respect of the Listed Property You are seeking to license.

Registration.

If You create an account manually, We will ask You for Your name and email address. We process credit card information through Stripe, and we do not store your banking, credit card, driver’s license, social security number, or social insurance number information. All personal information provided to Stripe will be treated in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully. We do not control, and is not responsible for how your personal information is treated by Stripe. You will also be required to create a password. You are responsible for all activities that occur on Your account, so please select a strong password and do not share it with any other person. All cancellations will be handled pursuant to cancellation policy.

All legal rights are in accordance and preview of jurisdiction to Court of Ontario Canada only.
